From the kitchen of Grandma Richardson

After a night of late hang-out and a half day out with ser and angie, I knew I would be too tired to cook up a feast for Alex’s farewell party. So then I decided to whip up something easy, light and quick- Kabuki Salad!

Dressing
Bring to boil 1 cup sugar and ½ cup of rice vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Let it cool. Add 1 cup canola oil and 2 table spoon soy sauce.

Noodle Mix
Crush 3 bags of ramen or Mamee snack (I highly recommend to use Mamee party pack), mix with ½ cup of slivered almonds, 2 oz of sesame seeds and melt ¾ stick of butter.

Mix the dressing and noodle mix with cabbage slaw and ½ cup of green onion. Eat right away to taste the crunchy texture of the noodle mix!

If you are not a vinegar person, you can always reduce the use of dressing.

Next up, chocolate brownies!
