Political Game

The General Election Results 2008 has taken Malaysia by storm.

Blaming Pak Lah over BN defeats is an unfair justification. It’s no way for us to compare the capabilities between Dr M and Pak Lah as Dr M has been a PM for more than 20 years yet Pak Lah just been merely 5 or 6 years. I would say give Pak Lah more time and he can offer so much more for Malaysia.

Personally, I think this is a good time for Pak Lah to demolish corruptions. It’s a strategy, in fact an advantage for him. He knows corruptions exist, but sad to say that he has least power over it. So hopefully now it gives him an opportunity to tackle on issues of corruption.

I’m glad that Malaysians have their own piece of mind. They are more open minded, adventurous, and critical now. Malaysians have shown improvement. They are not ignorant. In short, Malaysians want changes. Don’t get them wrong, they still love Malaysia. They really do.

Yes, it was disappointing, devastating for the defeat party. But I urged Malaysians to stay calm and peace. Beating up each other is not a wise decision, it will only end up in lose-lose situation.

Pak Lah said, “This was clear proof of democracy work in the country.”

Sometimes changes are good. Changes are growth. Whether Malaysians make the right or wrong decision, time will tell.

The game has just begins.
