it's all new...

All dressed up for the first day of new semester!! be a good girl!! dont fight!

first of all, thanks to wei ran for complaining me being lazy to blog and all. oh well, i mean he just tryin to motivate me!! eh, it's a compliment k!!

well, anyway, the new semester just begin!!! in another words, i'm officially starting my classes and NO MORE slacking off. Aww... well, i took 9 subjects and the minimum is only 6 subjects. ok, is this the malaysian kia su scenario or what?? NO!!! since this is my once a lifetime opportunity to be here, so basically i just take watever is appealing to me! i will just name a few interesting ones like mock trial, try-on farm, subcultures, genetics, and etc. this is my very first time to be in mock trial class and we are goin to have a competition on next month, so i have much much more to study on since i'm the new kid on the block. well, its kind of a last minute thing coz i'm replacing someone in the competition. but it's all fun and...well, work!! try-on farm is like a community work where u get to go to a village farm and get dirty!! it's really fun and i was so amazed by all the chickens and goats. oh well, i'm a city girl afterall!! i took genetics coz i need some biology background if i'm studying for psychology. so yeah, being a psychologist need a biology background. its kinda of weird though coz everything is taught in english!! moreover, i'm an account student!! But so far so good. *wee* and subcultures is indeed a very intellectual, very critical minded subject. we study subcultures through watching documentries and reading blog!! haha, we dont need books or paper, all we need is check on this blog > www.pccssubcultures.blogspot.com!! u can check it out (there's a link in my blog) if u are curious on what's subcultures is all about, or what am i learning and etc.


yeah, 5 more days to go and i'm in in florida!! yipee!!! well, it's not all about fun, it's about work too coz it's aleadership youth conferance. they have workshops and all and the most of the topics are kind of heavy for us. for instance, talking about issues like globalisation, politics ( i hate it!!) and etc.

by the way, my host grandma is coming over today so i'm really looking forward to meet her. and hopefully everything wil be alright!
